A NOTE ON SCHEDULING

As you schedule classes, please make an effort to avoid the 3:30 - 5:30 conflicts.  We can get so much more done at rehearsals when everyone is present.   Conflicts will have to be approved through Prof. Jones in advance.  We will avoid approving anything more than a two-hour conflict (three for upperclassmen with one-time conflicts).  We realize the problems with the schedule and one-time class offerings, but do your best to avoid those conflicts that are avoidable.  With a concerted effort and careful schedule planning, we can eliminate many of the conflicts that now exist.
